**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an energetic and highly-motivated individual, with great communication skills and experience in phone sales.

This is the perfect position if you thrive in a small and experienced environment, have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, and ready to build a career in Asset Finance.
- Identifying the customers’ objectives and needs, delivering a high level of customer service and client experience;
- Working towards and consistently achieving set Sales Targets;
- See the customer through the entire journey, from initial call through to settlement, communicating and updating customer following company process;
- Following our proven sales process, utilise and update CRM accordingly;

**ABOUT YOU**:
The role requires confidence and someone who wants to be a part of a high-performing team to grow a career in sales and finance, whilst maximising their earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service is a must;
- Strong background and experience in sales (online, phone sales, b2c) etc.
- Demonstrable strong phone based sales skills and techniques.
- Ability and experience in lead nurtue, sales pipeline management etc.
- Experience in lending, motor finance or car sales is a huge advantage;
- Committed and driven by personal development, career growth, and motivated by financial earning potential;
- Sales and target orientated individual, with a solution focussed mindset;
- Fast learner, with the ability to multi-task, and go above and beyond;
- Honest, savvy, down-to-earth, and genuine person.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
