- You have solid, proven experience working in a busy workshop environment.
- Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a keen eye for detail.
- You hold a current driver's license.
- You understand the importance of great customer service and enjoy helping people.
- While not essential, any direct experience with STIHL products, mowers, or small tractors will be highly advantageous. A forklift license would also be a bonus.

- A secure, long-term role within a supportive and locally owned company.
- A great team environment where your skills and reliability are truly valued.
- Plenty of variety in your daily work to keep things interesting.
