Hobart, Tasmania, Australia Resonance Consulting Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

At Resonance, we are a growing infrastructure advisory firm dedicated to helping asset owners and government clients plan, deliver, and operate strategic infrastructure projects across Australia. Our team of engineers, architects, project managers, and communications specialists brings together technical expertise and strategic insight to drive outcomes that improve the way communities live and work. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team and support clients in navigating complex organisational change.

In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of change initiatives – from planning through to delivery and evaluation. You will apply contemporary change management and project management frameworks, such as Prosci-ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process, to support clients in adopting new systems, processes, and ways of working. Typical duties will include conducting change impact assessments, developing training needs analyses, designing and implementing change management plans, and delivering these through proactive project management and communications.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of proven experience in change management, ideally within the infrastructure or asset management sector. You will be comfortable working at both a strategic and tactical level – whether shaping a program of work with senior executives or delivering tailored training to frontline staff. Experience supporting infrastructure asset owners and government organisations to improve their performance through people, systems, and process change will be highly regarded.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of 25 professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and the ability to think strategically while executing with precision. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects that shape the future of infrastructure in Australia, while contributing to the growth of our firm as we expand our presence in Hobart, Canberra, Merimbula, and Brisbane.

This role is based primarily in Hobart, though we welcome applications from candidates in our other growing locations. If you are passionate about driving organisational improvement, confident in applying structured change and project management approaches, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact in a small but ambitious firm, we would love to hear from you.
