Our Allkind Timber Windows & Doors division is a premium supplier and installer of custom-made timber solutions for mid to top-tier residential and apartment builders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator to join our Allkind team. In this role, you will be estimating medium to large custom timber window and door projects in the prestige residential and apartment sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and internal teams
  • Prepare accurate pricing, take-offs, and tenders
  • Review site reports and tender documentation
  • Assess labour requirements and project risks
  • Participate in site meetings as required
About You

You are a client-focused professional with strong attention to detail and 2+ years of experience in a similar estimating role, preferably in joinery or construction.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong understanding of Australian Building Standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with estimating tools – experience with Softech V6, AutoCAD, and AWS systems is highly regarded
