All Hallows' School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, seeks to appoint a Performing Arts Coordinator of Dance.

The Coordinator will lead and support the Cocurricular Dance Ensemble Program under the guidance of the Head of Culture team. This role plays an important part in enriching the Performing Arts Program through dance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in determing student allocation to Dance Ensembles.

Liaise with the Head of Culture regarding performances, resource use and performance spaces.

Coordinate and plan all aspects of the Dance Ensemble Program, including Dance Intensive weekend, Eisteddfods, Evening of Dance (Cocurricular Dance sections), Ensemble auditions and other school performances and events.

Meet regularly with Dance Ensemble Directors to plan and coordinate upcoming Dance Ensemble events including Eisteddfods, Evening of Dance and auditions.

Prepare reports for the school newsletter and other relevant publications as required.

Role Requirements

Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).

Have approval to work in Australia.

Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.
