About the role – Commercial Manager

You'll play a key role across both operations and growth, helping us deliver outstanding client outcomes and drive new business.

Your time will be split roughly:

  • 40% Operations & Delivery – Manage client contracts, oversee projects, and ensure smooth execution.
  • 60% Business Development – Source, pitch, and win new clients who can benefit from our consultancy services.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage consultants to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian market.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with our clients network of consultants to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Report on project performance and client acquisition progress to senior management.
