Production Support Engineer*
, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our cloud-hosted platforms. Working closely with engineering, DevSecOps, service delivery, security, and infrastructure teams, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting production issues, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvements in reliability and automation. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting our hosted solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
- Delivering rapid incident response and on-call support for critical systems
- Collaborating with DevSecOps to automate processes and improve reliability
- Maintaining clear and comprehensive incident documentation and SOPs
- Enhancing monitoring and alerting systems for proactive resolution
- Supporting and maintaining MongoDB databases and applications in production
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in systems/cloud operations
- Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Familiarity with endpoint protection and log analysis tools (CrowdStrike, Splunk)
- Sound understanding of networking, load balancing, and cloud-native architectures
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP are highly desirable
