About Us
At Relevance AI, we're building the home of the AI workforce.
Our mission is simple: empower every team to delegate meaningful work to AI agents that think, act, and collaborate like experts.
With Relevance AI, anyone can create and manage intelligent agents that handle workflows, decisions, and collaboration - all within one unified platform. Our technology already powers industry leaders such as Canva, Databricks, Confluent, Autodesk, Lightspeed, Rakuten, Aveva, Qualified, and Activision Blizzard, helping them scale excellence across operations, marketing, and sales.
We're backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital, and raised our Series B in April 2025 to accelerate growth and push the boundaries of agentic automation.
Headquartered in San Francisco and Sydney, we operate on a hybrid model and thrive on curiosity, collaboration, and execution - we move fast, think big, and win together.
This year, we were proud to be named LinkedIn's #1 Startup in Australia.
If you want to define how the world works with AI, join us.
The Role
We're hiring for a new type of engineer at Relevance AI. We're looking for product-minded builders who love to own a customer problem end-to-end; discovering needs, shaping the solution, and shipping working software. If you identify more as a product manager who codes or an engineer with strong product instincts - you'll thrive in this role. Expect to prototype quickly, write production-grade code, define success metrics, and iterate fast with real users.
You'll sit at the intersection between Product and Engineering, working cross-functionally and spending meaningful time with customers to turn ideas into delightful, high-performing features that would unlock real customer value. Expect your days to be varied, solving novel problems. You'll switch fluidly between user interviews, product specs, and writing code.
Your impact
Lead zero-to-one development of new features and product improvements from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
Build functional prototypes and ship production-grade features, integrating LLMs, APIs, tools, and data sources.
Translate customer insights into crisp product requirements, specs, and success metrics.
Design and run experiments (A/B, feature flags) to validate hypotheses and drive measurable outcomes.
Partner with internal teams and customers to co-create solutions; turn high-signal feedback into roadmap priorities.
Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and playbooks that accelerate how we ship.
Champion a high bar for UX, performance, and developer ergonomics across the platform.
Our Tech Stack (so far)
We leverage a modern, scalable, and developer-friendly technology stack to build robust web applications:
Frontend: , Nuxt, Typescript
Backend: , , Typescript, Python
Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Cloud & Deployment: Vercel, AWS
What We're Looking For
Experience across the product and software development lifecycle, with either a background in product management, software engineering or mixture of related roles.
Regularly leverage AI coding tools and technologies in your workflow, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements to boost productivity and innovation.
Comfort operating across the stack of product work: user research and customer discovery, specs, product tradeoffs, technical constraints, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Comfort with modern programming languages and frameworks (Typescript + preferred), or a proven ability to quickly master new technologies.
A track record of owning outcomes, not just tickets - shipping features that moved metrics.
Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative.
Deep interest in AI and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products.
Why Join Us?
Work at the forefront of AI with a nimble team that is constantly pushing boundaries. We encourage and celebrate ideas that drive our mission forward.
We're guided by our five values: truth-seeking, being empathetic, putting the customer first, iterate extremely fast, and building memories.
We've set high standards in our high-trust, low-ego environment. We hire exceptional people to do the best work of their lives. In return, we reward our people with competitive salaries, equity stake, unparalleled professional growth, and career-defining opportunities.
Relevance AI is well-funded by leading investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Insights Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital.
As an early team member, you'll play a key role in shaping our future—including our culture, ways of working, and even the benefits we offer. We're laying the foundations now, and your ideas can help define what comes next.
