We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Launceston team in a full-time, permanent role.

If you're skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and bring sharp negotiation, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills, this role is for you

The ideal candidate will be

  • Customer-focused, with the ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and their representatives.
  • Comfortable attending site meetings and accurately recording minutes.
  • Capable of preparing monthly project reports in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Confident in building effective working relationships with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with, or willingness to learn:

  • Platforms such as Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech, Cubit, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Ability to prepare, assess, and submit variations for both contract and subcontracts.
  • Administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts.
  • Managing large-scale claim assessments.
  • Estimating experience is advantageous, though not essential.

Candidates with experience in a similar role in Contract Administration or holding tertiary qualifications in construction management will be highly regarded and have a distinct advantage.
