About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Routine Inspection Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their real estate career or an experienced professional seeking a new opportunity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting routine inspections across our residential portfolio
  • Completing entry condition reports and issuing entry notices
  • Supporting the property management team with inspections and compliance
  • Ensuring all reports are accurate, thorough and completed on time

What We're Looking For

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate required (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Experience is a huge plus, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Current driver's licence
  • Reliable, professional and well-presented
  • Availability for part-time or full-time hours
  • Minimum commitment of 21-25 hours per week for part-time positions
  • Availability required during standard business hours
