The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Remedial Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in the remedial and structural engineering space — working closely with experienced senior engineers on a wide range of building diagnostics, defect investigations, and repair projects. We have two positions available- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out on-site investigations and help diagnose building defects
- Prepare reports, drawings, and remedial specifications with guidance from senior engineers
- Assist with condition and defects reports, expert witness documentation, and scopes of work
- Support project delivery from investigation through to remediation
- Attend client and contractor meetings and conduct site inspections
- Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team of engineers and consultants
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality technical documentation
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)
- Some experience in the construction, building, or remedial industry (preferred but not essential)
- Keen interest in building diagnostics and remedial solutions
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good time management, organization, and attention to detail
- A proactive learner with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach
