Position Title -Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor manages all aspects of high-voltage construction, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery. The role covers technical oversight, contractor coordination, and adherence to specifications across project milestones.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong HV construction and supervision experience
  • Proven knowledge of 220kV systems and substations
  • Ability to manage contractors and project costs
  • Excellent understanding of QA/QC standards
  • Commitment to HSE and safe work practices

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review project plans and schedules
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support
  • Implement QA/QC procedures
  • Enforce site safety and compliance
  • Manage cost control and progress reporting
