EILBECK CRANES is a long established Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Crane manufacturing and service company.

EILBECK CRANES provides inspection, service and repairs to major customers in the inland Pilbara region, based in Karratha.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with an electrical licence to lead our team of Crane Technicians operating out of Karratha, WA.

About the Job:

  • Work closely with major client representatives
  • Supervising a team of service technicians
  • Planning and scheduling the job allocation and work flow work on overhead cranes and associated equipment
  • Manage jobs from quotation to close out
  • Quotations for service, inspection and repairs
  • Assume responsibility for the quality of work produced by the department and compliance with company and client policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility for the team's safety management
  • Reporting and budgeting

About YOU:

  • Current WA Electrical License
  • Overhead crane inspection and maintenance experience
  • Solid experience working in a mining environment
  • Familiarity with electrical and relevant crane Standards
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Competent in MS office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be well organised and show effective time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Be safety conscious and promote a safe environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong business acumen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
  • Commercial vehicle & Mobile Phone provided
  • FIFO position ex Perth or Residential in Karratha.
