We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Manager, Philanthropy to lead our major gifts, trusts and foundations, and bequest engagement program. This role is pivotal in growing philanthropic income and building lasting partnerships that transform lives across Victoria.
Specifically, the position is responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure significant philanthropic funding from major donors, trusts, and foundations.
- Build and steward long-term relationships with confirmed and intending bequestors, including members of the Parker Moffit Society.
- Lead engagement and growth initiatives that inspire generosity and strengthen supporter loyalty.
- Collaborate across teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational priorities and impact goals.
- Manage budgets, performance reporting, and compliance in line with best-practice fundraising standards.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
You're an experienced fundraiser with a passion for purpose. You bring:
- Demonstrated success in major gifts and/or trusts and foundations fundraising.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proposal writing.
- Strategic, organised, and collaborative working style.
