The Role

We are seeking a 
Senior Multimedia Designer / Motion Graphics Specialist
 with an exceptionally broad and versatile skill set. This is a senior creative role that goes beyond traditional design, requiring proven expertise across motion design, compositing, editing, colour grading, VFX supervision, and creative direction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing multimedia content across broadcast, digital, and immersive platforms.
  • Creating high-end motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects.
  • Editing, colour grading, and compositing video projects to industry standards.
  • Directing or co-directing creative campaigns including music videos, commercials, and branded content.
  • Collaborating with agencies, production partners, and clients to deliver innovative concepts.
  • Leading projects from pitch through to delivery, working both independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 year relevant post-qualification experience (significantly more experience highly valued).
  • Proven track record in motion graphics, animation, and multimedia production at a high industry level.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Character Animator), Davinci Resolve and Cinema 4D.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating projects across traditional advertising, broadcast, and online/social media.
  • Experience directing or supervising creative teams on complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with AI.
  • Experience working with Live Action/Animation workflows.
  • Experience delivering content for major international clients.
  • Background in immersive or interactive media (e.g. museum installations, 360 video).
  • Ability to work across both creative direction and hands-on production.
