We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations.

The requirement is for FTE BF support with Mon – Fri / business hours support.

Currently, we are informed that the request is for 5-6 months and within 1-2 months of resource deployment we are likely to get a confirmation on extension.

Request: FTE resource in: Clayton suburb Supporting Melbourne location as well. Hub & Spoke model.

Experience: 3yrs or 3 yrs

Resource count: = 1 onsite full time resource 1 BackFill

High level SOW: Auto pilot Enrolment, basic troubleshooting, imaging, setting up new devices, etc. The skill set is a standard deskside engineer with good customer skills, basic troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and experience with WIN10/11, Office 365, etc
