As a leading entertainment and functions venue in Queensland's Club Industry, we pride ourselves on our exceptional hospitality reputation and outstanding service in gaming, food, and beverage.

We are looking for a flexible and versatile all-rounder to join our team across various outlets, including Café 641.5, located inside the Chermside Public Library, The Bean Shack, and The Kitchen (TK). Our fast-paced, ever-evolving Club is seeking professional, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 1 years' barista experience
  • Full availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • RSA certification with relevant experience.
  • Previous experience across different areas of hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Consistently prepare exceptional coffees to a high standard whilst working in a high pressure environment.
  • Take orders, manage register transactions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
  • Prepare and present simple food items efficiently, ensuring food presentation meets club standards.
  • Maintain current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Ensure the work environment complies with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Build strong customer relationships, providing excellent service that encourages repeat business.
