Amora Hotel Brisbane has recently undergone a $30 million transformation, emerging as a 5-star CBD hotel with 296 guest rooms, vibrant dining outlets, and premium conference facilities. As the business expands and continues to grow busier, we're seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

Roles Available

We're looking for team members across Food & Beverage and Front Office, including:

  • Food & Beverage Attendants – Baristas, Bartenders, Restaurant & Event Servers
  • Front Office – Guest Service Agents, Porters, Telephone Operators
  • Store Person

With cross-training available, you'll gain experience across multiple outlets and departments, making every shift unique.

Where You'll Work

  • Front Office – Guest arrivals, check-ins, portering & guest enquiries
  • Dapl Restaurant – Buffet breakfast & à la carte dinner
  • Lobby Bar – Classic cocktails & casual dining
  • Two Donkeys Café – Grab-and-go coffee & fare
  • In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service
  • Conferences & Events – 11 spaces designed for any function

Our hotel operates 24 hours a day, with shifts ranging from 6:00am to 1:00am across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, or premium venues (advantageous)
  • Barista and bartending skills highly regarded
  • Guest-first mindset with polished presentation
  • RSA required for Food & Beverage roles
  • Team players with energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
