About the role

You are already a FANTASTIC Practice Manager looking for your next opportunity to join a professional and friendly practice as a key part of a small and growing team. As the Practice Manager you will thrive on playing a pivotal role, supporting the growth of this surgical clinic by ensuring the administrative and operational aspects of the state-of-the-art practice are delivered to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

· Manage the administrative oversight of the practice

· Actively promote and maintain a positive, caring culture

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring ongoing high levels of patient satisfaction and efficient workflow

· Work closely with the highly regarded, warm and welcoming Specialist Owner to deliver the businesses vision

· Successful experience in a medical practice management role

· Positive, empathetic, warm and can-do personality

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
