**About the Role**

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and joining a wider Business Partnering team of 6 supporting the QLD region, this permanent part-time 0.8 FTE opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their lower Gold Coast site.

An experienced frontline HR Business Partner, you will thrive being the trusted advisor to Hospital Leadership and Staff, providing guidance across all the domains including talent & workforce management, workplace relations, organisational design & best practices, safety, wellbeing, policy, legislative & industrial relations, and leadership & cultural development. A passionate thinker on better practices, your HR or related discipline qualifications, along with a knowledge of the Fair Work Act will set you up for success.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have solid HRBP experience where you have successfully partnered with key stakeholders, understood their business needs, and delivered HR initiatives and projects effectively, aligned to the overarching strategy plan with a hands-on approach.

This highly autonomous role provides a terrific opportunity for a highly proactive and empowered HRBP to positively impact upon a range of immediate priorities relating to alignment of processes, systems, benefits and culture, whilst maintaining focus on setting and driving the strategic agenda.

**About Culture & Benefits**

Paying $110K plus Super pro-rated, this is a permanent part-time 0.8 FTE role located lower Gold Coast, ideal to accommodate school hours for a working parent or other commitments (4 days part-time spread across 5 OR 4 fulltime days).
