Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry-leading stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, transformation and change management services.

How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?

As part of our Engagement and Change Advisory team, you'll partner with government and private infrastructure clients to co-create solutions that drive transformation and deliver meaningful impact. Based in Melbourne, and working closely with colleagues across SA and VIC, you'll support complex infrastructure projects spanning transport, energy, resources, mining, government, and defence. In this role, you will:

  • Provide advisory and consulting support on projects where social outcomes and community impact are central.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across diverse sectors.
  • Support transformation programs through organisational design, role impact analysis, and future-state planning.
  • Contribute to change management workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Assist with business development by contributing to client proposals.

This role suits early-to-mid career professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including communications, sales, marketing, graphic design, or other industries where you've developed strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A passion for listening and engaging to support better decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, plain language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with interest or experience in CRM systems, digital/social media management, and ideally InDesign.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
