MIPS is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Market Development and Member Engagement Lead
to lead our member acquisition, retention, and engagement strategy. This is a high-impact role driving business development, portfolio strategy, and brand reputation—delivering sustainable value for our members.

What You'll Lead a Team of Professionals Responsible for

  • Member strategy, experience, and portfolio management
  • Business development and account growth
  • Brand strategy and marketing communications
  • Digital marketing, automation, and analytics
  • Internal communications and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership in business development and marketing in insurance, financial services, or APRA-regulated environments
  • Ideally experience working in a customer or member-based environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset
  • Experience leading a team
  • Expertise in digital trends, marketing tech, and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or related
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in relevant disciplines (desirable)
