About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech Pathologist to join a growing Allied Health provider based in Ballarat, Victoria. The successful candidate will work primarily with paediatric clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), delivering services in a clinic setting with opportunities for community, home or school-based support as needed.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy, with structured support and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech pathology assessments and therapy to children and their families
- Manage a varied caseload including children with Autism, speech and language delays, AAC needs and related diagnoses
- Deliver services in a flexible model including in-clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to progress reports and NDIS requirements
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals and service providers as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- At least 1 year of experience required
- Current (or eligibility for) full membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Understanding of or interest in working with paediatric clients and the NDIS
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Current Working with Children Check and valid Australian driver's licence (or ability to obtain)
