We have a unique chance to appoint an experienced and passionate speech pathologist to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality, client-centred care across Ballarat and surrounding regions.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and support speech pathologists, manage clinical operations, supervise staff and student placements, and maintain your own clinical caseload. You'll also play a strategic role in shaping the future of speech pathology service delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team of speech pathologists
- Oversee clinical operations and compliance with NDIS standards
- Maintain a personal caseload, including assessments and interventions
- Support family education and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Drive quality improvement and service development
- Contribute to policy planning and staff development
What We're Looking For:
Achieving the following qualifications will make you eligible for this opportunity:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology
- Current professional registration
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Expertise in swallowing assessments/mealtime planning (desirable)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
- Valid driver's licence required
