Speech Pathology Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled speech pathologist to lead our team in delivering high-quality, client-centred care across Ballarat and surrounding regions.

This pivotal role involves leading and supporting a team of speech pathologists, managing clinical operations, supervising staff and student placements, and maintaining a personal caseload. You will also play a strategic role in shaping the future of speech pathology service delivery.

  • Lead and mentor a team of speech pathologists
  • Oversee clinical operations and compliance with NDIS standards
  • Maintain a personal caseload, including assessments and interventions
  • Support family education and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Drive quality improvement and service development
  • Contribute to policy planning and staff development

Our ideal candidate is a driven clinician with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology
  • Current professional registration
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Expertise in swallowing assessments/mealtime planning (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
