The Opportunity -

Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 expert ready to take the lead in shaping enterprise-scale solutions? Join our dynamic IT team at City Holdings Group as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead – Finance and Operations and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
  • Drive the product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Develop custom modules, integrations, and enhancements using X++, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Finance and Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations for medium to large enterprises.
  • Expertise in X++, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Power Platform, and integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CE, Field Service) are highly desirable.
