We're looking for a
Scientific Project Manager
to help drive their scale-up and innovation projects — applying
Agile principles
to cutting-edge, science-driven work.

You'll be the bridge between strategy, science, and execution, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay aligned with business goals, and deliver real commercial impact.

You'll work with brilliant minds across disciplines — scientists, engineers, and creative thinkers — to bring innovation to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Translating business strategy into project plans that make sense for both the lab and the boardroom.
  • Leading projects from concept to completion, blending Agile and traditional methods to suit each challenge.
  • Managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks — ensuring every project lands with impact.
  • Collaborating with research institutions, design firms, and industry partners to keep innovation flowing.
  • Ensuring quality, visibility, and excellence across every stage of delivery.

We are looking for

  • A degree in science or a related field.
  • A project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, CSM, etc.).
  • 2+ years managing complex, technical projects from start to finish.
  • A deep understanding of how science becomes product — and how to make that journey efficient and exciting.
  • Sharp communication skills, organisational flair, and a natural ability to get things done.
  • A mindset that thrives in small, dynamic teams where initiative, curiosity, and adaptability are everything.
