About the Role
You'll be responsible for scheduling jobs for our accounting team:
Monitoring work flow, job management software and jobs to keep accounting team busy for the year
Communicating in advance with our clients to lock in when their work will be done
Making sure information is supplied on time and complete from clients
Monitoring progress of jobs and informing management
You'll Need
High organisation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with variety of clients, accountants and management
5 + years of customer service experience involving telephone and email communication
Motivation to make the role your own
