What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint and delivering value to our clients:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients through strategic account management
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across Queensland
  • Promote and present our innovative products and services
  • Represent FCR at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and building networks
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking using our CRM system

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a technical sales environment:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, ideally within industrial products or automation
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build a strong sales pipeline
  • A proactive, consultative approach to both new business development and account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
