About the Role:
As a Compliance Support Superstar, you'll be the driving force behind our Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Fire and Life Safety process. From proactive problem-solving to lightning-fast responses, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through the compliance journey with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into the details of building compliance and maintenance documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Be the go-to person for email and telephone queries, providing expert guidance on compliance and legislation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including building managers, contractors, and our internal team, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Keep our systems up to date and running smoothly with your top-notch data entry skills.
About You:
Do you have 2+ years of administration experience under your belt? Are you a master of organisation and communication, with a keen eye for detail? Experience in the ESM industry is a plus, but what truly sets you apart is your proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
