We are currently seeking experienced Safety Rail Installers for a Leading Hand role, as well as Labourers to join our team. These positions are based out of Pakenham, Geelong and Keilor Park, offering exciting opportunities for individuals looking to work in the safety rail and roofing industry. Position 1: Safety Rail Installer (Leading Hand Role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a small team of safety rail installers on construction sites.
  • Oversee and assist with the installation of safety rails to meet safety standards and regulations.
  • Ensure safety measures are strictly followed.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in safety rail installation or roofing.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage site operations.
  • Medium Rigid (MR) truck license preferred but not essential.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality of work.
  • Own transport to get to factory each day.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • White card.

Position 2: Labourer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of safety rails, site preparation, and general labor duties.
  • Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support the team in various tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience necessary (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • White Card.
  • Own transport to get to factory each day.
