We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Associate
to join our NAB Foundation team to help drive impactful philanthropic programs that support charities and communities achieve social and environmental progress in Australia.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Implement NAB Foundation's Community Grants Program including processes to administer grant applications, assessments, payments and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of NAB Foundation, including financial reporting, grant documentation, correspondence and communication platforms.
  • Oversee the online grants platform (Smarty Grants) to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Assist in the delivery of colleague engagement initiatives and strategies that amplify NAB Foundation's impact.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • A strong sense of purpose and a passion for community impact.
  • Outstanding operational and organisational skills including recordkeeping and governance, strong attention to detail and outstanding financial administration skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high standard written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
  • Comfortability in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the charity, for purpose or corporate philanthropic sector.
