We are embarking on significant growth over the next 6 to 12 months and are looking for our next Customer service superstars/ Barista/ Kitchen Team member for Ampol Heatherbrae Store.
Availability for over night shifts, weekends and public holidays is a requirement.
The Customer Service Representative /Console Operator role plays a significant part within the store's team. The role is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, in a complex and fast paced retail environment, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. As a CSR/CO one of your key focuses is understanding our customer's needs and ensuring they are met to the best of your abilities.
Key Challenges & Complexities of Role
- Fast paced environment and high number of tasks/activities required to be completed each shift in addition to customer service
- May be required to provide customer service and support to difficult customers
- Need to remain aware of forecourt and shop customers including responding quickly to safety hazards and incidents
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner while offering exceptional service to every customer
- Provide support to the Kitchen in food preparation and service
- Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product and services and suggest information about other products and services
- Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale.
Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements:
- Maintain awareness of and ability to undertake emergency procedures at any time
- Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures
- Adhere to defined work health and safety policies and procedures related to the tasks and activities being undertaken to ensure your own safety and that of others in the workplace
General:
- Complete cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, spray/wiping, dusting, sanitising, picking up rubbish from floor, refilling bathroom products, moving waste to site rubbish bins
Merchandise & Store Appearance:
- Replenish shop stock in accordance with store operational procedures
- Complete stock delivery activities in accordance with store operational and safety procedures
