We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in daily operations, events, and campaigns — including managing our unique coffee cart initiative. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.

About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll help keep the marketing team running smoothly and ensure our campaigns, events, and customer activations are executed to the highest standard. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate coffee cart logistics, including bookings, set-up, pack-down, and supply management.
  • Represent the brand positively to customers, partners, and community groups.
  • Assist with event preparation and delivery (styling, catering, signage, guest experience).
  • Provide administrative support: stock ordering, filing, data entry, and other coordination tasks.
  • Help maintain displays, signage, and marketing materials at head office and display homes.
  • Support marketing campaigns and daily team activities.
  • Act as an extra resource to ensure smooth marketing operations.

About You

You're organised, reliable, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. You thrive on variety, love helping create great experiences, and have a keen eye for detail.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, events, or marketing support.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally and engage with customers.
  • Flexibility to assist across multiple tasks and initiatives.

  • Work in a growing company with strong ties to the Hunter community
  • Career development opportunities in a business that invests in its people
