ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work closely with schools to guide them through the full journey of adopting our platform — from understanding their needs to configuring the system, training staff, and supporting go-live.

You'll be a trusted partner to each school, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. This is a role that combines problem-solving, people skills, and technology, all with the goal of making a meaningful difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored software solutions;
  • Plan and manage implementation projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables;
  • Configure systems and workflows to suit each school's environment and use case;
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-lives;
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and provide comprehensive user support;
  • Develop clear and practical documentation, including training guides and reference materials;
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve client concerns promptly;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and functional requirements are met;
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Implementation Manager to support ongoing product and process improvement.

Salary

  • The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $125, 000 base + superannuation

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced Implementation Consultant or Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, client-facing roles. With strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills, you know how to bring people on the journey, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure every project stays on track.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a software implementation or consultancy role;
  • Experience working in a client/vendor-facing environment;
  • Strong project coordination, organisational, and time management skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail;
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach;
  • Experience in education or EdTech is highly desirable;
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
