This role is aligned to **Sentral**, a proven web-based software solution that seamlessly manages school administration, student data and so much more. **About the role**:
As **an Implementation Consultant**, you’ll be a vital link between our platform and the schools we support. You’ll lead end-to-end deployments of our software solutions, guiding clients from discovery and configuration through to training, testing, and go-live.

Working closely with high-value schools, your focus will be on delivering a smooth, tailored onboarding experience that ensures successful adoption and long-term value.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Consult with clients to plan and implement Sentral products and services;
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and design customised solutions;
- Configure systems, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure successful go-lives;
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met;
- Support integrations with financial systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency;
- Develop user documentation, training guides, and best practice materials;
- Test system functionality to ensure high-quality and reliable deployments;
- Provide insights and feedback to the Implementation Manager for continuous improvement.

**About you**:
You're an experienced **Implementation or Project Manager** with strong organisational skills, technical acumen, and a customer-first mindset. You’re able to juggle multiple moving parts, think creatively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You take pride in solving problems before they become issues, and in empowering clients through technology.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical implementation or consultancy role;
- Proven experience in a vendor/client-facing environment;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and efficiency;
- Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, accountable, and outcome-driven.

**Nice to haves**:

- Background in education or technical fields;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies;
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero) and financial workflows;
- Understanding of compliance and financial regulations.

**Salary**
- The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $125, 000 base + superannuation
