Position Title: Contract Compliance Administrator
Location: North Fitzroy/Preston
Kinetic is looking for a meticulous and proactive Contract Compliance Administrator to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be ideal for someone who loves administration, has a knack for keeping things on track, and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.
About the Role
You'll be a key part of the team ensuring our contract compliance activities are kept on track. You'll take ownership of updating schedules, collating documentation and assisting with report submissions – while contributing to a team that values accuracy and reliability. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work and takes pride in being organised.
What We're Looking For

- Loves administration and takes pride in keeping things organised and up to date.
- Has a strong eye for detail and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Works well with others to provide timely administrative support and coordination.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new systems.
