Manage all core finance operations: payroll for 130–160 doctors, AP/AR, cash flow, month-end, and statutory complian
- ce.Drive budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and working-capital initiativ
- es.Own contractor workforce finance (timesheets, on-costs, rates, reconciliations) with a sharp eye for accuracy, compliance, and spe
- ed.Lead and develop a capable onshore and offshore team across AR, reporting, analytics, and shared servic
- es.Be our internal systems lead: automate workflows, improve integrations, and lift data quality across finance and operations (Xero + CRM/ATS; Salesforce/TargetRecruit or simila
- r).Partner with Sales, Ops, and the Exec Team to turn data into clear commercial decisions; present at leadership and board foru
- ms.Manage contracts and supplier negotiations to improve terms and reduce ri

5+ years experience in finance management within recruitment or professional services, including contractor/temporary workforce exposure. This is essential to be considered for the
