We are thrilled to announce that we have the following opportunities for Barista Allrounders, FOH, Kitchen Hand and Juniors at the below locations:

Westfield Carindale

Barista Allrounder- Must be available Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (Approx 20 hours/week)

Kitchen Hand/Cook- Must be available Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays (Approx 17 hours/week)

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre

FOH- Approx 10-15 hours/week

Barista Allrounder- Approx 20 hours/week

Springfield Orion Shopping Centre

FOH or Barista Allrounder- Full availability preferred

What You'll Bring

Barista Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a barista in a fast-paced Australian café (Campos training a plus)
  • Ability to consistently produce quality shots and maintain grinder calibration
  • Skilled in milk texturing with strong latte art abilities
  • Impeccable hygiene and commitment to machine cleanliness
  • Australian work rights are required for all positions
  • Kitchen Hand positions require a minimum of 1+ years relevant experience

Customer Service Skills

  • Exceptional service with a genuine smile and polished presentation
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Fluent English and the ability to build rapport with regulars
