Join the team at Lisa Rush Skin Clinic — a well-established and respected aesthetic clinic in Paddington. We're seeking a qualified Dermal Therapist / Dermal Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience in advanced skin and laser treatments to start in January 2026. Experience with pigment/vascular/resurfacing Lasers is essential. This casual position (2–3 days/week to start) is perfect for someone passionate about skin health and results-driven treatments, looking to work in a supportive and professional environment. Above award wages, commission structure, and staff perks on offer.

The Role

  • Casual (2–3 days per week, with opportunity to grow and move to permanent part-time or full-time) Must be available Saturdays and late night until 8pm on Mondays & Thursdays
  • Perform tailored skin and laser treatments using medical-grade devices
  • Experience with Fotona lasers highly regarded
  • Conduct consultations and support clients through their skin journey
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver holistic care
  • Ongoing training and development provided

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in advanced laser/skin treatments
  • Qualified Dermal Clinician (Diploma or Degree)
  • Skilled in skin consultation, medical-grade skincare, and treatment planning
  • Professional, confident and results-focused and able to work independently
  • Experience in a cosmetic medical/aesthetic/dermatology setting essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and grow their own client base
  • Australian citizenship required for this position
