- established Cosmetic Tattooing & Skin Clinic and Training Academy based in Paddington.

As a Business Clinic Manager You will look after all areas of clinic operations, including setting and maintaining standards both clinic and training Academy, ensuring exceptional client experience, delivering financial outcomes, and most importantly, leading a fun, vibrant and results-driven team.
- Experience as a Beauty Therapist/ Dermal or Laser Tech with a Diploma in Beauty as a minimum requirement - Essential.
- Analytical and financial acumen
- Budgeting skills
- Proven skills in and a passion for mentoring and coaching
- Successfully leading and managing a team
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated and driven by targets and KPI's
- Extremely good computer literacy
- Fantastic time management
- The ability to understand systems and ensure that they are administered and adhered to
- A passion for customer service
- Creativity on how to improve your clinic's brand awareness locally

Role and Responsibilities:
Up skill team in specialist product knowledge
- Plan and drive operational and retail excellence
- Recruit, induct and train new staff
- Coach, support and mentor your team
- Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels)
- Promote marketing campaigns
- Rostering, reporting and day to day management of the clinic

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
