Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Support Worker located in Wollongong, NSW. The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The role involves tasks such as helping clients with personal care, supporting their participation in community activities, and maintaining accurate records of their progress and needs. The Support Worker will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care and support.
