Vision Intelligence operates Australia's largest fleet of solar-powered mobile security cameras and IoT sensors, delivering 24/7 AI-enabled monitoring for construction, mining, infrastructure and government clients. Vision is scaling rapidly by embedding AI across every operational function and expanding into non-traditional verticals such as environmental compliance and smart-asset management.

Internship Overview

This internship is designed for high-performing students who blend technical rigour with commercial curiosity. You'll be embedded in Vision's growth team to test and execute outbound sales plays into new verticals while helping deploy AI tools that automate prospecting, qualification and customer onboarding.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Acceleration

Build target-account lists in infrastructure, energy & government; design cadenced email/LinkedIn campaigns; track funnel metrics; run A/B tests on value propositions

AI-Driven Lead Qualification

Deploy LLM agents that scrape public tenders, permits and press releases to surface high-intent prospects; integrate outputs into HubSpot

Market Sizing & Use-Case Mapping

Quantify TAM for emerging solutions (e.g. dust monitoring, remote weighbridge oversight); map early adopters and buying centres

Customer Demo & ROI Modelling

Craft short demos showing how AI-enabled monitoring replaces guards and cuts incident costs; build simple payback calculators

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Currently studying
    Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Commerce

(penultimate- or final-year)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and C-suite conversations; strong EQ and crisp written communication
- Demonstrated interest in AI prompting, LLMs or automation workflows (personal projects or coursework)
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical features into commercial value
- Sydney-based and able to commute to Seven Hills
