You will be working with a professional consulting firm and legal firm, consulting to venture capital and private equity investment managers.

You will be undertaking your practical legal training, seeking to benefit from exposure to the legal practice in corporate, securities, financial services and commercial law.

You will be overseen by three legal practitioners specialising the those areas, and assisting in a broad range of tasks in compliance and risk. You will have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, tenacity and diligence, and strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to manage and organise workloads and prioritise multiple tasks.
- A desire to contribute to and participate in the firm's development and workplace culture.
- Completed a Bachelor of Law Degree or equivalent.

There is a possibility of the role turning into a paralegal or junior lawyer role after the initial six months.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
