**About the Opportunity**

Due to the recent growth within our business, we now have a great opportunity available for a customer centric Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a permanent part time basis in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

This role will see you act as the first point of contact for those visiting or phoning the office in order to provide a professional, friendly and efficient initial impression whilst assisting the team with administrative duties as required.

This position will require you to work a 3 day / 12 hour week with standard working hours being 10:00am - 2:00pm.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- 3+ years' experience in a similar Corporate Reception/Administrative role
- Strong customer service ethic and phone manner with a warm and friendly disposition
- Intermediate MS Office skills (including Excel) with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A can do attitude and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High level written and verbal communication skills, together with high level organisation skills
- Ability to take initiative and work well both autonomously as well as part of a team.
