We're hiring SAP Basis Analyst in Melbourne for 3 months contract with possibilities of extensions.

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP S/4HANA technical landscape

· Participate in design and implementation of security authorisations and business roles

· Change requests for security controls, system configuration, continuous improvements and enhancements

· Design and manage authentication and connectivity with end user devices

· Setup network printers in SAP including IP whitelisting

· Setup integration between S/4HANA and mail server

· Deploy transport requests from Development to Testing to Production environment

· SAP system patching and version upgrades and on-going maintenance

· Administrator of SAP userids and access

· Administrator of credentials in SAP BTP for external interfaces

· Configuration of Cloud Integration sub accounts

· Monitoring of system workflows

· System monitoring and administration

· Analyse technical data to provide business insights

· Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges

· Collaborate across SAP, development and engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and business impacts are considered when considering system changes

· Conduct system troubleshooting, unit, system integration and regression testing

· Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Pre-Production Testing

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that customer and business impact is considered while delivering all projects or programmes of work.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

· Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis

· Previous experience working with S/4HANA

· Strong technical skills in security, integration, networking and infrastructure

· Good communication skills with all levels of the IT and business organisation

· Experience in both a support & project environment.

· Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors

· Motivated and proactive in problem-solving and innovative in process improvement

· Good understanding of operations of SAP systems and incidents/ problem management

· Ability to anticipate issues, escalations and mitigate proactively

· Comfortable working autonomously – able to plan, prioritise, and organise own work in a dynamic and changing environment

· Resilient and flexible – able to adapt thinking and responses to constant change; embrace and champion new ways of working
