We're seeking an SAP Data Migration & Reporting Specialist to join our SAP practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead S/4HANA data migration, ensure reporting accuracy, and implement solutions that enable informed decision-making and enterprise efficiency.

As part of our SAP practice, you will:

  • Lead data migration & transformation
    : Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration, archiving, and validation projects.
  • Deliver reporting & analytics
    : Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Fiori apps, CDS views, and Data Migration Cockpit.
  • Drive business analysis & requirements gathering
    : Facilitate workshops, capture stakeholder requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance & governance
    : Apply deep knowledge of data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements to ensure enterprise-wide accuracy.
  • Collaborate & build relationships
    : Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting logic, and best practices.
  • Mentor & support
    : Provide guidance to junior team members and promote best practices in SAP data management and reporting.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years' experience as an SAP Data Migration Analyst, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA project
  • Strong expertise in SAP data analytics, reporting, and management (S/4HANA Public Cloud)
  • Experience with Fiori apps, CDS views, and Data Migration Cockpit
  • Exposure to Service Management, Finance, or HR/Payroll migrations (preferred)
  • SAP BI or Data Analyst certification highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
