EGR Decor supplies a range of premium decorative vertical surface solutions tailored for residential and commercial interiors including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, RV's and hotels.

Your new Role:

We are expanding out of Queensland into NSW. We are now seeking highly motivated, results driven sales and business development reps to expand our market through both direct to consumer and our distributors. You will own your region of Sydney and NSW, building and promoting EGR Decor as a quality brand.

You will build relationships and partnerships with cabinetmakers, designers, architects and builders to ensure that our high end, quality products are showcased in homes, motorhomes and commercial spaces across Australia. With a variety of brands to meet every market and a Building Design Centre to enhance engagement through demonstrated look and feel, as a true sales representative you will hit the ground running.

With a 3 month runway to enable you to work with the team and truly immerse yourself with product knowledge, you will then be ready to launch , drawing on your entrepreneurial spirit, exceeding targets through new business relationships and managing current accounts.

About you:

  • You have previous demonstrated experience as a highly successful Business Development and Sales Representative.
  • You are results driven and motivated to achieve anything you set you mind to - you are a true hunter.
  • You love working with successful companies, great products and great teams.
  • You are collaborative and supportive to your colleagues
  • You are flexible and able to travel.
  • You are able to build relationships with a broad variety of customers and distributors
  • You are passionate and confident in everything you do.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and able advance skills with CRM's (ideally HubSpot).
  • You have previous experience in the lamination, building or design industry (desirable but not essential)
