An exciting role is available for a Graphic Designer to join our passionate Design team supporting our Glasshouse Fragrances brand. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone wanting to work with an Australian luxury brand focusing on developing and creating material for the internal and external design requirements for the Glasshouse Fragrances Brand. Working closely cross-functionally to ensure consistent and compelling visual storytelling across all channels. This role is a 5 day a week permanent position with hybrid working conditions.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver compelling designs that align with the brand voice and moves the brand equity towards the company vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign visuals
  • Ensure precision in brief response, showing a clear link from insight to concept to the main point that will drive the desired consumer response
  • Design assets across all touch points including digital, print, social media, email, web, POS, signage, packaging and event materials.
  • Deliver assets to support Retailer sell-in windows including VM guidelines, planograms, POS materials and campaign books
  • Rollout campaign art across all touchpoints and reformat creative for different ratios
  • Rollout of approved packaging art across limited edition collections
  • Support photoshoots and art direction as required
  • Working alongside appropriate agency partners as required
  • Contribute to and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency

Who you are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Design and or similar
  • 2-3 years' minimum experience in a similar position
  • Retouching to a high level/able to create photo renderings/mock-ups
  • FA skills for dielines and packaging- understanding the printing process
  • EDM formatting/digital asset creation
  • FA Skills to campaign roll outs across both digital/print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign/Illustrator/Photoshop; Figma, Klaviyo.
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude

Bonus skillset:

  • AI assisted design tools for ideation or production eg Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
  • Basic Video Editing
  • 3D mock-ups & Visualisation – creating product renders in Dimension, Blender or similar tools
  • Web basics – understanding THML/CSS limits when handing over to developers
