Retail Team Member - Best&Less Westfield Mt Druitt

Best & Less is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Retail Team Member at our Mt Druitt store.

What you'll do:

  • Receive stock and ensure it's well-presented on the shop floor
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Staying active throughout the day, supporting customers and creating a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere.
  • Contribute to a fun, team-first culture
  • Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers

About you:

  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Availability to work additional hours during the Christmas/New Year period is required.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
  • Strong work ethic and team focus
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work minimum 20 hours per week
